How do I pay?
You can pay with cash, cheque or via online bank transfer.
How much do you charge?
We can view most properties on the same or next day. Alternatively, we can provide an approximate quote by looking at your property on Google Streetview.
Do I need to be at home?
No one needs to be at home, provided any side/back gates are left unlocked so we can gain access.
How often can you come to my property?
We’re very flexible but we recommend either a 4 weekly or 8 weekly service to keep your property looking it’s best.
Are you insured? Is the service safe?
JMS Belfast carry £1 million public liability insurance. Our service is very safe and complies with all H&S requirements.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly cover Belfast and the surrounding towns and villages but we can travel further for larger projects.
Do you provide a guarantee?
Payment is only requested once you are 100% satisfied. If at any stage you’re unhappy, please let us know and we’ll do our best to rectify this.
